By placing an order or using the Kapri Maison De fleur website, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not place an order or use our services.

Payment Policy All orders require payment in full at the time of booking. No order will be confirmed, scheduled, or begin production without full payment received. We accept all major credit cards and approved digital payment methods. All sales are final upon payment.

No Refund Policy All sales are final. Kapri Maison De fleur does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Duplicate orders
• Dissatisfaction with color variation
• Flower substitutions due to seasonal availability
• Weather or circumstances beyond our control
• Cancellations of any kind after payment is received

No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Non-Refundable Deposits For event bookings, flower bar experiences, and consultations, a deposit is required to secure your date. All deposits are strictly non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation. Your date is not held until your deposit is received.

Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Kapri Maison De fleur. Because we source fresh, premium florals and dedicate specialized time to your custom designs, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

• Required Notice: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to studio@kaprijadore.com.
• Timeline: Notice must be received no less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your scheduled order date or event.
• Forfeiture: Cancellations made within 2 weeks of your order or event will forfeit 100% of payment with no exceptions. Cancellations do not qualify for a refund, store credit, or rescheduling without full repayment.

No Changes After Confirmation Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, no changes will be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Flower type or color changes
• Size or arrangement changes
• Delivery address changes
• Date or time changes
• Guest count changes for flower bar bookings

Any requested changes after confirmation will be treated as a new order and require new payment in full.

Flower Substitutions Kapri Maison De fleur sources premium florals of the highest quality. In the rare event that a specific flower is unavailable due to seasonal or supply limitations, we reserve the right to substitute with a bloom of equal or greater value without notice. No refunds or credits will be issued for substitutions.

Custom Orders All custom arrangements are designed and crafted specifically for each client. Custom orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable under all circumstances. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept that the final arrangement may vary slightly from any inspiration images provided.

Limitation of Liability Kapri Maison De fleur shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Right to Refuse Service Kapri Maison De fleur reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason without explanation.

Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Jersey. You agree to first contact us in writing and allow 30 days for informal resolution before pursuing legal action.

Changes to These Terms Kapri Maison De fleur reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
